Josh and Rachelle's ~ #2

I hope you guys enjoyed Josh and Rachelle's ~ #1, because here comes Part 2!!! :D

(And by the way, every time one of us got ahead of the other person we made sure to take a picture! :P)

Two of the nights i was there, Rachelle and i played cribbage!
This was just ONE of the nights! :P

Oh, and Rachelle lurches ahead

close up

Chavonne, however ties it all up, just around the corner

but Rachelle wont have any of that! She rushes ahead with nine points.

LUCKY!!!!!

close up

Chavonne however gains five points

close up

UBBER CLOSE UP

But Rachelle holds her lead and wins the game
(barely!)

DING-DING-DING!!!
ROUND TWO!!!!!!!!!

And they're at the starting line!

ON YOUR MARKS
GET SET
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

silence except for a cricket

Well that was epic!

(my water! It was just THAT good! :P)

Oh and Rachelle, takes the first step!

That's Chavonne! Being all nice and polite, and letting her sister-in-law go first! :P

Winning by ONE POINT!!!

FIVE NOW!!

UH-OH!
And Rachelle seems to be having card problems. Chavonne takes full advantage of that, and SPEEDS by!!

But Rachelle unfortunately, picks up from where she left off.

interception:

Rachelle, was SO sure that she was going to beat ME a SECOND time, on the SECOND night, that she started getting chills, and had to wrap up in a blanket! :P

JKJKJK!!!

Ready?

BACK TO THE EPIC GAME OF CRIBBAGE!!!!

And Chavonne lurches forward with three points!

THE CROWD IS GOING WILD!!!!

But Rachelle TIES IT!

And Rachellle continues leading the way!

And again has another streak of PURE luck, and wins, the SECOND time, on the SECOND night!!

So apparently, cards DOOO have favourites!!!

RUMMY!!!!!!

So, we decided that we'd had had enough of cribbage (or at least I HAD!) and started to play a game of rummy!

GUESS WHO WON!!???!!!???

ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

ooh!!! That's almost DOUBLE what Rachelle has!!
I LOVE THIS GAME!!!!!

My points (obviously! :P)

Rachelle's points!

So i MAY have lost the cribbage game, but i won rummy!
So what's the moral of the story, here?

DON'T PLAY CRIBBAGE WITH RACHELLE!!!!!!!!!!!!

So other then getting beat, badly at cribbage and winning awesomely at Rummy, i had an awesome time at Josh and Rachelle's. DEFINITELY the HIGHLIGHT of MY summer! :D

Sand Castles

Whenever i go to the beach, i will always do something with the sand (who doesn't) wether its, bury some one, make an outline and then fill the lines with seaweed, rocks, sticks, etc, bury some one and then make them into some sea creature, or make a sand castle. But nothing compares to what a bunch of people made below! Take a look! :)

This year's sand castles competition was stunning, the best yet!!

The judging must be completed before the tide comes in and washes the work away. That gives everyone about 6 hours.

There are ribbons and awards for the competition. But no money

involved. The competition is held at Cannon Beach, Oregon.

unique or what?

Guess what movie this reminded me of? :P

This one to! :)

this has got to be one of my favourites! =D

favourite

So what did you think? I certainly couldn't have done this within 6 hours! And i would be a little frustrating to put all that hard work into it, then a little while later the tide washes it away! :P

I wonder who the winner was!

Who would you have chosen for the winner?
