Sand Castles

Whenever i go to the beach, i will always do something with the sand (who doesn't) wether its, bury some one, make an outline and then fill the lines with seaweed, rocks, sticks, etc, bury some one and then make them into some sea creature, or make a sand castle. But nothing compares to what a bunch of people made below! Take a look! :)

This year's sand castles competition was stunning, the best yet!!

The judging must be completed before the tide comes in and washes the work away. That gives everyone about 6 hours.

There are ribbons and awards for the competition. But no money

involved. The competition is held at Cannon Beach, Oregon.

unique or what?

Guess what movie this reminded me of? :P

this has got to be one of my favourites! =D

So what did you think? I certainly couldn't have done this within 6 hours! And i would be a little frustrating to put all that hard work into it, then a little while later the tide washes it away! :P

I wonder who the winner was!

Who would you have chosen for the winner?
